Can we prevent Zaps to automatically turns OFF when errors occur ?

I know some errors can occur in my zap because it is complex and i would like to prevent him to automatically turns off to not lose data (critical billing process).

I already create a zap to be aware if my zap turns off but can I just prevent him to turns off or at least turn it “ON” again with an action?

Hi @benjamin@germinal.io

Sadly, it default behaviour that’s not possible to turn off.

You can use a “Zapier Manager->Toggle Zapi On/Of” step to attempt to switch a zap back on automatically. However, keep in mind depending on the error type (like authentication issue) the zap could just switch off again right away, and your zap might end up in an on-off-on-off loop.
