Add new (but also existing) Mailchimp subscribers to a segment on LinkedIn Matched Audiences

I’ve set up the “Add new Mailchimp subscribers to a segment on LinkedIn Matched Audiences” and it is running as it should.

But it is only adding NEW subscribers and I want to add all the existing Mailchimp subscribers as a one time transfer. Is that possible?

NOTE: The audience is not editable in LinkedIn Campaign Manager because it is managed as a third-party list (Zapier).

We often work around this using a Google Sheet. Set up a zap to create new audience members based on new spreadsheet rows, then export from Mailchimp and paste into GS.

If your list is large, you might run into some throttling issues. But you can work around those by doing the work in batches. Bit of a pain, yes, but at least it gets the past data into the system.

@Troy Tessalone is correct, BTW: Zaps are day-forward, not retroactive syncs.

FYI: Zaps only work once turned ON and for new data moving forward.
