I want to integrate WhatsApp and 2chat to receive lead messages in Monday.com. My goal is for a new contact to be automatically registered upon arrival. However, if the contact already has previous conversations, the lead in Monday.com should be updated or reactivated to avoid duplicates.
Currently, I have three boards in Monday:
- New Lead
- No Answer
- Interested Again
The process is as follows:
- New Lead: When a new lead is received, it is placed in the New Leads board.
- No Answer: If the contact does not respond within 24 hours, the lead is automatically moved to the No Answerboard.
- Interested Again: If the client reaches out again, the conversation is reactivated and the lead is moved to the Interested Again board.
