I have a flow running that organizes and mails a specific document. Everything works great - what a relief! - except link the sent mail to my Nethunt record. The zap sents the mail so it had its ThreadID and has already found the Nethunt ID in previous steps. Yet, for some reason, it won’t connect the 2 together.
When testing the step it input values are correct but there is no output. Is anyone able to resolve this? See screenshots attached.
Best and thanks for thinking with me, E.

I’ve reached out to Nethunt in order to fix this. The Zap was correct but the you need to have the same linked account for both Nethunt and Gmail.
For example: Nethunt CRM is connected to Zapier with API and e-mail mail@mail.com. In that case the Gmail sent mail needs to origin from mail@mail.com account. In my case I was connected with my personal work account and sending from the global work account, hence it didn’t work.
Try turning the Zap ON and testing live, then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
it looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied today with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:
I reviewed the Zap run you shared, and see what you mean about there not being an output for the NetHunt CRM action. Looking in our logs, I was able to confirm that the information was sent to the the app successfully. A copy of this can be found here: [LINK]
Is it possible for you to contact NetHunt directly and see if they may be able to pull up the logs from their side to confirm if the data was received as the log seems to indicate? Otherwise, we may have to raise this as a bug. I figured you reaching out to their support first as a customer can carry a little more weight and give us a faster response.
If they are unable to find the information after all, however, please let me know and we can take another look.
If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
