How to create fields from the body of outlook Email to be sent to Smartsheet and map correctly

We have an Email Parser by Zapier app that can extract email data easily. I believe you can use Email Parser by Zapier as your trigger app to make your Zap more efficient.

The issue with the email parser tool is I have to manually forward the email from outlook to the Zapier email. That defeats the point of automating this process unless im missing something.

Unfortunately, I do not have admin rights to Office and I can not have emails automatically fwd. Is there no other way to extract specific data from email text?
