Zoom - add Attendee to Meeting without registration

Hi There,

here is my case:

A Customer can a book a Zoom meeting via TidyCal.

A New meeting is scheduled and the customer gets a mail with the meeting details.

Until this point, it is all handled outside Zapier.

The Thing is, that the customer's mail is not added as an attendee in the Zoom meeting.

Therefor I wanted to automate, that if a new meeting is created via tidycal the customer's mail is added as attended to the Zoom meeting.

I can grab the data from Tidycall within Zapier, but there is only an option to add a meeting registrant in Zapier.

But my meetings have the registration turned off for a reason. Because if it is turned on, than my Lead has to register after a booking, which makes no sense.

So my question is:

Is there a way to add an attendee to my Zoom meeting? Not a new registrant, as i explained before.

Thanks all!

Hi there @Sebastian_TwinPeaks,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some digging into this, and it seems like it’s not possible to add/invite a person to a meeting at the moment. I recommend reaching out to our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf.

You can reach our Support Team here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hopefully, this helps.
