How do I update Zoho CRM Record based on marketing email sent from Brevo

Hello, 

 

I have all my records stored in zoho crm. We are successfully sending new records from zoho crm to brevo and it is working fine. 

But problem is for sending campaigns data bacl to zoho from brevo. 

What we want to achieve is: 

  1. Whenever new campaign is delievered we want to update records’ contact module in zoho crm. 
  2. Like in Zoho CRM either we updated in related module email or in campaign with name of campaign sent from Brevo, date of campaign sent and email status (open, sent or bounced)
  3. I tried few variants one was working but still it was creating duplicate campaign data and now zappier live support is not avaiablle.

Try using this Zap trigger: Brevo - Marketing Email Delivered

Enable the setting: Return All Contact Data

Hi Troy, 

 

I did use same settings but what happen is although zap shows it is successful things are not working as expected in this case.

For us to have updated info, post current screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.
