How to configure BambooHR Offboarding workflow to disable Azure AD Account?

I’ve been trying to configure an offboarding workflow with BambooHR using the “Updated Employee” which notes that it will trigger given a change in a specified field. Essentially, what I want it to do is disable a users Azure AD account.

I was trying to trigger on the Employment status, but when testing all the data returned is blank when searching for a recent record. I have attempted to use a custom access level API key and the highest possible API key with no change.

Any assistance with building this?

Hi @RecoveringCoffeeholic

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode along with the returned data from BambooHR.
