Question

How to push data to a spreadsheet, then take conditional actions (Clickfunnels Workaround)

We’re trying to connect Clickfunnels 2.0 with Kajabi. There is currently no native integration. Currently we are trying to offer 3 different products on one page (monthly, lifetime, annual), then grant them the correct offer inside of Kajabi.

Unfortunately ClickFunnels does not have a product-specific webhook trigger. You can trigger on order created, purchase created, contact created, etc. but in setup settings you’re only allowed to target a specific funnel and page not a specific product. This is a problem for us where we are offering monthly, annual and lifetime all on the same page and want the embedded order form.

However, part of the data exported by ClickFunnels includes a field called ‘Data Line Items 0 Original Product Name.’ Could we somehow zap this to a spreadsheet, then grant them the corresponding offer in Kajabi depending on what that column of the spreadsheet says? Thank you

Hi @Jed Dorsey

Options:

  • Separate Zaps with a Filter step
  • 1 Zap with Paths
    • Each Path has a Filter step

How did you get on with Troy’s suggestions here? Were you able to get the necessary filters or paths set up for the different products?
