I want to be able to add zoho books sale orders items into google sheets, so each line item is a new row on a sheet. There does not seem to be a trigger for zoho books sales order. Is there any workaround for this?

Hi @PTW

Welcome to community.

While Zoho Books does not have a direct trigger for sales invoice items, there is a workaround you can use with Zapier.

  1. First, you'll need to create a Zap that triggers when creating “New Sales Invoice  in Zoho Books”.
  2. Next, use the “Find Record” action in Zoho Books to find the sales order items associated with the new sales invoice.
  3. Then, use the “Create Spreadsheet Row” action in Google Sheets to add each line item to a new row in your sheet.

Depending on the number of line items in your sales invoice, you may need to use a Looping function. This is because each line item needs to be added to a new row in Google Sheets.

This workaround should help you achieve what you're looking to do. If you need further assistance, please feel free to ask.
