When connecting a Meta Business Manger account to Zapier I need to enter the password of this account.
As I am managing Zapier for all our business units to keep track of everything, I connect different accounts of several colleagues. The problem is that every Business Manager account is connected to a private Facebook account, so my colleauges have to tell me their private password or change it before connecting.
We have tried to always change the password to a neutral one before connecting and change it again right after. But as soon as the password is changed again the connection is no longer valid.
Is there any other way we could avoid this problem or any other workflow we could implement where I do not have to have access to the Facebook accounts throughout the campaign?
