Trouble locating items to be archived/delete in Monday.com

Hi, I am trying to do the same thing. Can you help with which middle step was able to locate the tasks? i cant seem to get it to work still….

Hope you don’t mind but I’ve moved your message out into a new topic so it can be addressed separately here.

Not sure of the exact set up dexusno was using but I expect they used a Get Item by Column Value (monday.com) search action to locate the item in monday.com that related to the Google Task that’s was completed.

Can you give that search action a try and let us know if you run into any issues? Happy to assist further!
