How can I connect a shared Microsoft Outlook mailbox in Zapier?

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to connect a shared Microsoft Outlook mailbox in Zapier but haven’t succeeded. I've read the relevant thread (https://community.zapier.com/how-do-i-3/shared-mailbox-outlook-2110) and I'm familiar with the MS Office 365 connector, but the mailbox still doesn’t show up.

Has anyone managed to connect a shared mailbox without a direct password?

Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
