How do I associate line items with a deal in HubSpot, capturing fields from Formsite?

Hello!!
I need help to associate the deal with line items in hubspot, The fields are to be captured from formsite. 
I have multiple fields where user selects the products, the selected field should go as a line item, if the quantity selected is none. I want to proceed to the next step without error. 

I've tried to create a python code to create a line item and then associate to the deal. 
Im not finding success. 
could someone advise me on this?

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured along with a specific example to see the inputs and desired outputs.
