How do I limit the number of daily posts from an RSS Feed to social media accounts using Zapier?

I am using a RSS Feed to publish items to my social media accounts. 

Sometimes there are to much new items in the feed and spaming the groups with a lot of postings.

Is it possible to limit this via zapier? eg. only 2 postings a day.

Or a scheduler task?
