How to connect Meta Leads Ads to Zapier?

I am currently running lead generation ads on Facebook and using Zapier to check for lead users. Recently, after following the steps to link the lead form with Zapier and conducting a CV test on Facebook Ads, I noticed that the registration is not showing up on Zapier, indicating a failed integration. It's possible that the method of integration I used is outdated, so I would like to know the latest method for integration.
