How do I capture users using Zapier Chatbot data & push it to a spreadsheet?

Hi,

I am building a chatbot on Zapier's new chatbot feature (beta).

I am trying to figure out how to collect data from the chatbot's conversation history with a user. For example, if the bot asks for the user's name and phone number, how can I store this and send it to a spread sheet? 

Many other chatbot competitors have this option; will Zapier integrate it soon, or has anyone figured out how to currently accomplish this?
