I need help with Google sheets to Zoho CRM

Hi,

 

I tried setting up a zap between google sheets and Zoho CRM. Every time I run it, however, I get this code. Every time I try to authorize the apps to work with each other, it doesn’t work. Here is the error code I’m getting.

@Giver Marketing it was a field mapping error. I had to pull the id from Zoho in my multi-step zap; whereas, I was originally trying to pull it from Google!

Same issue here.

 

Note: Other apps like Calendly seem to zap over fine to Zoho CRM on my account… also, Google Sheets seems to be fine shooting over to Google Contacts.  Mmmmmm, maybe its a field mapping thing?
