Set Email Address in Sharing Preferences for Google Doc | Zapier Community

 

Hi, two years ago Zapier Staff said they would consider this feature. Do you have any update?

    Good question.

    If the desired functionality is not available via this Zap action: GDrive - Add File Sharing Preference

    Then it’s likely you would need to use the GDrive API: https://developers.google.com/drive/api/reference/rest/v3/permissions

    Hi Troy and thanks.

    No proposition meets my use case.

     

    Indeed anyone with the link would be too open, anyone within the organization misses the fact that as a generator, my org domain does not matter, it is the user´s email.

    I will have to setup the Gdrive API then.
