Question

Zoom custom fields Zap only works manually

Hi,

I have a custom question in Zoom that I would like to transfer over to ActiveCampaign. I’ve used the Formatter by Zapier method to pull out the information I need but this only seems to work if I manually push it through a test in my Zap. It also shows the correct data is being pulled but when I enter it via the Zoom webinar sign up, reviewing the task history shows that nothing is being pulled and the field is blank. 

 

Currently the output from Zoom is in this format:

[, , , ]
