Monday.com reporting with Zapier. Can I automate a report of due and overdue tasks in Monday.com into Google sheets

Hi we use Monday.com quite extensively and would like to create an automated report.

So simply putting into a google sheet

items due within 7 days

Items due today

Items overdue.

 

I would like to pass the item, the person assigned task, date due into a google sheet so that I can create a daily report to ensure people are upto date without reviewing dozens of boards.

 

Is this possible

Hi @Magpie2000k 

Good question.

Look into using Monday Automation that send data to a Zapier Webhook.

Monday help article about webhooks: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003540679-Webhook-integration-

 

Zap Steps

  1. Trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook
    1. Will provide the Webhook URL to use in the Monday Automation.
  2. Action: GSheet - Create Row

 

NOTE: You may need to add additional Zap steps to get all the necessary data from Monday before sending the data to the GSheet.
