How to run a script which needs Twilio library installed? (trigered by email)

Hi. 
“Email 2 call” from zapiers build email to twilio lacks parameter “timeout” and
i need it, so i made my own script in python or java, but zapier can’t
run them, because they need library from twilio installed. How to
trigger such script without your own webserver ?
or
2) what phone call app can be used with zapier that have timeout parameter? It means it can stop its call before reaches a phone’s voice mailbox. So i would set timeount so it wont ring too long.

  1. Zapier code steps can’t call external libraries, so you’d need to set this up on your own webserver and access via a webhook call.
  2. I’m not aware of ones with this specific feature, but here’s a list of all the call apps that connect to Zapier if you want to contact/check: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/phone
