I’m afraid that there is no integration available for Zoom to go to your PC.
Zapier works as “When this happens in (ex. Zoom), do this in (ex. Google Sheets)”. There should be an app for the trigger and actions steps for the automation to work.

You should be able to configure saving recordings to your PC directly from Zoom’s recording settings without getting Zapier involved.
If you absolutely must use Zapier for this, there are some workarounds, but it’s not easy.
They would involve saving the cloud recordings to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox and then having those services installed on your PC so that the files live locally. If you needed them to be automatically sent to another location, you would likely need to use yet another 3rd party tool (similar to Hazel for the Mac).
