How do I schedule and send limited number of rows from Google Sheet to my email platform on a daily basis?

I’m hoping someone can help. 

 

I have a HUGE lead list of over 40k people, but I don’t want to upload them all at once to my email platform. Instead, I’d like to throttle them to 50 per day which get sent from a Google Sheet over to the platform on a daily basis.

 

Is it possible to send a set amount of lines from a google sheet and limit it to do this action once a day, but then continue each day?
