My test lead from Zapier goes into Command but my real Zillow leads do not?

The first thing that we need to understand is whether the Zap is being triggered by new leads but then hitting an error, or whether new leads aren’t triggering the Zap at all. To check that, could you please take a look at the task history for the Zap.
To do that, go to your Zaps, find the Zap that you’re having trouble with and then click on the down arrow on it. That will give you a menu of options, choose ‘Task History’
Can you see any tasks there? If there are tasks there, are they showing as successful or did they hit an error?
