How do I update a Google Sheets row from an update made to a Webflow CMS list without a form submission?

How do I create a zap for webflow cms to update google sheets row and update google sheets whenever a change is made to CMS list without a form submission?  I just Want the CMS to update a master google sheets daily. My team updates the CMS manually, directly from CMS so no web form is submitted. Unless Zap can consider the CMS submission as a form? I can create a webform for my staff to fill, but that would be a lot of work since these are property listings with close to 60+ fields. I would rather it just update from my CMS directly.
