Google assistant page no longer look like that.

https://assistant.google.com/services/a/uid/000000eb39282838?hl=en-US

To trigger an integration from Google Assist, say “Talk to Zapier”, “Speak to Zapier”. Then Google Home will pop up a notification to link the accounts. 

A few features from Google assistant seems to be moved to Google Home.

 

Anyway, please update.
