But in Zapier I can see option to create only one line item per Estimate/Invoice, is it limited on Zapier side? Can something be done about that?

Hey @DeveloperG, welcome to the Community!

It should be possible to add multiple items to a QuickBooks estimate or invoice, they would just need to be entered as line items. If the app you’re taking the item information from is sending over information in a line item format then you can select those line item fields in the QuickBooks action.

But if it’s not sending over as line items, then you’ll likely need to use a Formatter (Utilities > Line Itemizer) action to generate the line item information which you can then select in the QuickBooks action. If you’ve not used that sort of action before I’d recommend checking out our how to create line items in Zaps guide for details on how to set that up.

Hope that helps. Keep us in the loop on how you get on with this, happy to help further if you’re still running into issues! 🙂
