Question

TypeError: Cannot read property 'files' of undefined

I’m getting this error when I try to turn my zap on between Screendoor and AirTable. 

TypeError: Cannot read property 'files' of undefined. (see attachment)

 

Any thoughts?

I am escalating this to Support so they can view the logs for your Zap. Sit tight and someone will be in touch just as soon as they can!

Circling back as I see that you were able to get your Zap working after connecting with Lionel in Support!

Would you mind sharing how you went about troubleshooting? We would love to share with other users who may encounter a similar error!
