Cancelling held runs?

Hi there, I have a free plan and I ran a webinar - more people signed up than my free plan allowed so it is holding about 90 runs until the renewal date.

That date is after the webinar though and I don’t want them to run anymore. I’ve turned off the zap, will they still run automatically? Is there anything else I can do to keep them from running?

Thanks!

Hi @Gwen

Good question.

You can delete Zap Runs.

Delete Zap and Transfer runs

You can delete individual Zap and Transfer runs in Zap History.
This will remove them from your Zap history, but will not deduct tasks that the Zap run has already automated from your task usage.

  • Select the Zap or Transfer run(s) you want to delete.
  • At the top of the table, click Delete x.
