Update a lead status in Zoho CRM when a meeting is scheduled in Google calendar

Hello,

I would like to create a zap :

  • When an event is created or updated in Google calendar,
  • I want to update the lead status in Zoho CRM (Lead tab) into “RDV scheduled”

→ Leads will be already created in Zoho, I just want to update their status.

Hi there @ameliecurel - I see you also made a ticket with our friends over in Support, so they may have a bit more to give you, but from the Community side we have the following Zoho Action options (the trigger is as you mentioned an added or updated Google Calendar event): 

 

So you do have the option of adding a tag or converting a lead. 

 

I did a bit of digging and did find a bit more info, including those about APIs, in the Zoho Community, which I’ll link for you here.
