Extending Google Ads to support “Phone Call” offline conversion tracking

Hello Zapier Staff,

 

I was wondering if there are any plans to extend this Zap to support “Phone Call” offline conversion tracking as defined here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6275629?hl=en and here https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6301373

Currently, the Google Ads Zap supports:

Currently the Google Ads Zap DOES NOT support

(The above is different from the phone-based enhanced conversion tracking for offline-conversions)

For Phone Call offline-conversions to work we would need the following parameters:

  • Conversion Action: Converted Phone Lead (currently only “Converted Lead Forms” are listed)
  • Timestamp (When the conversion occured -- as currently)
  • Initial Phone Call Timestamp (When the initial phone call occured -- missing)
  • Value (as currently)
  • Currency (as currently)

Let me know if you need more details, or if you would like me to start a separate thread on this, or if there is a different channel to make this request.

Hi @azcarto!

There isn’t an existing request to add Phone Call offline conversations to the Google Ad Zapier integration, so the best thing to do is to contact the Support team using the Get Help form. They’ll be able to take a look at the resources you provided and create the request for you.

There isn’t an existing request to add Phone Call offline conversations to the Google Ad Zapier integration, so the best thing to do is to contact the Support team using the Get Help form. They’ll be able to take a look at the resources you provided and create the request for you.
