Microsoft Outlook - keeps asking me to Reconnect account

I’m using a zap to send Microsoft Outlook calendar events to my Trello. All the tests work excellently and the zap seems to work for a day. However, the zap seems to get disconnected from Microsoft and I get emails asking me to reconnect after a day.

 

I am a teacher so use a Microsoft Education account. Would this cause and issue? Also is there any way I can check whether the issue is on Zapier end or the Microsoft Outlook end?

Hey there! i’d recommend you message support about this, as sadly it wouldn’t be something the community would be able to troubleshoot for you
