I have a question regarding importing an order into Shopify as paid.I am pulling the order details from 1 system, and trying to insert them into shopify, but interestingly enough, even though the order is marked as paid, it’s saying that the customer owes me money: Why is there a balance?Everything according to my set up in Zapier looks good, the order is importing as paid and fulfilled, but I can’t figure out the issue about the balance. Is Does anyone have some insight as to what’s going on here, or if this will affect my reporting?
