Data cleanup from App source


This may be a pretty basic question, but I am running into an issue with the way information is formatted from an app source. I need to use the “value” of the “name” for a specific custom field. My issue is when I attempt to find the specific value of “Invoice Date for Billing / Billing Info...etc, it only allows me to select the “values” of all of the customer fields, with them separated by columns. Is there any way in zapier to pull the specific value for one of the custome fields? There are around 15 custom fields.
