Eventbrite registrant details don’t pull through to Livestorm when the Zap is live

I am running zaps from Eventbrite to a webinar platform (Livestorm)

When I manually test my zaps, everything is fine and tests okay. However when I sign up on Eventbrite to test the zaps, the registrant details don’t pull through to Livestorm. 

 

Can anyone help??

Check your Zap Runs for possible errors on Zap steps.

Check your Eventbrite app connection here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Hiya Troy,

 

I have tried to address the issues you stated above and none seem to have helped, the connections page doesn’t have any clear signposts for opening a ticket with Zapier Support either?
