Eventbrite registrant details don’t pull through to Livestorm when the Zap is live


I am running zaps from Eventbrite to a webinar platform (Livestorm)

When I manually test my zaps, everything is fine and tests okay. However when I sign up on Eventbrite to test the zaps, the registrant details don’t pull through to Livestorm. 

 

Can anyone help??

Hiya Troy,

 

I have tried to address the issues you stated above and none seem to have helped, the connections page doesn’t have any clear signposts for opening a ticket with Zapier Support either?
