Question

How do I make one directory or folder in Google Drive, including attachments from Gmail?

Hello!

I’d like to make a directory named by subject of email from Gmail in Google Drive each time while email comes with attachments. There is no problem when I send a message with only one attachment inside the email, because one folder is created like it supposed to be - 1 attachment = 1 folder, but if I send for example - 1 email with 3 attachments, the zapier creates 3 folders(same name) with 3 attachments inside. I uploaded screenshots wity my Zap.

Is there any opportunity to make only one directory when I get 2 or more attachments inside the email?

Hi @PromitelTesting

Good question.

Try using this Zap action: GDrive - Find/Create Folder

Hey @PromitelTesting! I just wanted to follow up here and see if you were able to get your zap up and running? 🤔
