Hi!
I am trying to trigger a zapier response when a specific value changes in my existing Google Sheets workbook.
I am setting up the zapier using the “ New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets”. I have removed all blank columns in my workbook (is this neccessary ?) and have only 3 columns. When I select the 3rd column from the “Trigger Column” it seems to only select the last row when I do the “test trigger’
I am trying to set up the zap filter as the 2nd step, to say only when data in that 3rd column AND the 3rd row (which I am using ROW ID 3) changes… then trigger a response do something. But it keeps saying there is no 3rd row. Appreciate any help! As you can see for the screen shot it seems to default the row ID to the last row only. I am unable to select specific cells with the row ID

Really glad to see you have this working now,
The Zap trigger for GSheets will return from 1-3 of the most recent data samples (or dummy data) to use to test and configure. The data that is pulled starts at the bottom of the sheet, which is why you might not be finding rows that exist in other positions within your sheet.
If you’d like them to appear in the test data, you’ll either need to:
- Remove the other rows of data, then refresh the Zap trigger to get new test data (You can add the other rows back later on). Here is a help article about to change the trigger test data. OR
- Finish configuring the Zap, turn it ON, test the Zap by adding a new row or updating an existing row. You can then check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to make everything is working as expected: https://zapier.com/app/history/
