Hi,

 

I found this question and reply dated a year ago:

 

Are the *Header* values still not available that Zapier sends to Salesforce when creating a new lead/case record?

Hi @Asta 

In order to header value to a request, if it’s not supported by the integration natively, you can use “Webhook by Zapier”. Here an article on that: https://zapier.com/help/create/code-webhooks/send-webhooks-in-zaps

 

Although it can be quite complicated to setup salesforce API call through ‘Webhook by Zapier’ as it uses Oauth 2. But doable nonetheless.
