Facebook Lead not sending to my CRM

Hi,
I want to transfer facebook leads to the crm I use. 
The last time I make the trigger and action connections, I encounter this error. 
Can you help me.

Make sure to check the available help articles for FB Lead Ads: https://zapier.com/apps/facebook-lead-ads/help

This usually has to do with permissions/settings in Facebook.
