Add new person to have access to Google Drive shared folder?

Hi, I want t add a new person to have access to files in a shared Google Drive folder from a 3rd party system via Zapier. Is that possible?

But how can I add a person name or email in that action?

I think the issue is you are looking to do a “file shared as login” which is not an available action in the File Sharing Preference action. 

You can currently only share via link - and the various edit or view levels associated with that link. 

If you are a GSuite user you can create a link that has the additional level of security of restricting to only people in your domain with that link, but I don't think thats what you are trying to accomplish here.
