Question

Google Calendar - Update Event & Add Conferencing? (Part 2)

This was asked before but I didn’t see an answer that I could use. I use a scheduling software that creates the google calendar event, but doesn’t add the conferencing option. Is it possible to create a Zap that adds conferencing if the location name is “Telehealth”?

Hi @Guy Rahamim

What scheduling app are you using?

Often these scheduling apps have native integrations with other apps to handle the conferencing.

IntakeQ. Similar to Acuity by Squarespace but they offer telehealth as a paid feature so there’s no motivation to add the Google meet conferencing.

i was able to invite the patient by extracting their email from the description, but Google workspace only auto creates Google meet conferencing on appointments created by the user, not by external apps, like intakeQ.
