Clicksend Response msg

Hey People! First time here, go easy on me :)

I want to send a text message to a facebook lead. Those that respond to the facebook lead with any type of message, I want to sent my team via email or slack.

Using clicksend and paths, Is the image provided the correct way I would have the zap set up for any type of response being routed via email or slack?

Any other tips or advice is much appreciated

I’ve used Clicksend and it works well for inbound.

You would have two zaps. The first to send the SMS.

The second to receive the SMS (trigger ClickSend) and create a Slack entry under a certain category.

Hope that helps.

Trigger: Facebook Lead Ads, (is this what you are using)

Action: Email by Zapier

From what you’ve described, you wouldn’t need a filter or path. Filter is to stop the zap if a condition isn’t met. Path is to do different action depending on condition.

I still want to send a sms and filter those who responded to the sms into a separate category
