Zoho Books: "cannot read property ‘contact_id’ of undefined" error

HI,

I get this error when trying to connect wix to zoho books.

I’m trying to create an invoice when a payment is entered in wix.

Just wanted to follow up here as spotted @Luqman reached out to our Support team who were able to get further details on the cause of the error from the logs. In the logs they were seeing a message about the Zoho subscription having expired: 

"Your subscription of Zoho Books has expired. Please upgrade to a paid plan."
 
For anyone that’s running into the same “cannot read property ‘contact_id’ of undefined” error but is on a paid plan with Zoho, please contact the Support team via the Get Help form. They will be able to dig into the logs for your Zaps to investigate the error further. :)

Hi @Luqman ,

I recommend contacting Zoho support about this, since it seems a lot of more people are having issues with this. I think that the API requires you to fill in a Full name + Surname in the “Customer Name”
