Error turning Zap on: The app returned "Payment Required.".

I am new to zapier set up the account a few days ago, still on 14 day trial.

I set up a zap from wufoo form builder to google sheets. When i test the zap it works fine but when i go to turn on the zap i am getting this error 

 

                                      Error turning Zap on: The app returned "Payment Required.".

 

I am not sure how to fix this or what they mean by payment required. There is no payments connected to the wufoo form. Any help here would be appreciated!

"402: Payment Required" error

A paid Wufoo plan is required to integrate with Zapier.
