All … I can’t figure out how to get the SSL setup to connect Zapier to a MySQL Database. I can add SSL certs to my server but I can’t figure out how to get them Zapier. And the Zapier connection to MySQL is asking for the certs as well. What am I missing?

SSL Client Certificate and SSL Private Key
These are fields you can use if you'd like to use MySQL certificate authorization instead of username/password authorization.
Notice that you still need to provide a username since the field is required.
