Always getting an error The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.
The purpose of phatombuster is just to launch a phantom , after doing it takes couple of minutes to run and revert with scraped results.
Is there a solution to prevent this error.
Moreover, due to this errors my zaps keep turning off due to high error rate.

Unfortunately, if Zapier is left waiting too long for an external app to do it’s thing - Zapier will assume an error and throw an error.
I wrote this post explaining timeout errors.
Not much can be done here sadly, other than trying to tweak Phatombuster to have it complete its work faster.
