Oncehub Integration- Event Trigger

Hello everyone! How do I able to add a new event trigger on Oncehub to a zap? I wanted to create a zap to make an appointment reminder hours or 1 day before the scheduled meeting but I cannot see any trigger about it. appreciate your help. Thank you.

Hi @sarahtumanding 

 

You can use the “Booking Scheduled” Trigger from Oncehub. Then based on when you want the reminder to happen, you can do the following: 

 

  1. Add a Formatter by Zapier step to adjust the Date / Time of the event (subtract 1 day or how many hours)
  2. Add a Delay by Zapier step and use Delay Until, you can then pass the value coming out of the previous step here so the zap will wait will this time comes. (IMPORTANT NOTICE: Delay by Zapier can delay for maximum 1 month in the future, if you need the delay to be more, there are other work around)
  3. Add the reminder step (whether its an email or sms)
