I’ve got a Zapier interfaces project where ½ of the project needs to be open to the public and the other ½ needs to be behind a password. Is there a way to dictate which pages are behind a password and which are not? There is a form page that I have embedded into a website and if I password protect the project, it makes the form not work. Not sure if I can just split that into a separate project or if there is a better way.
I have a Zap set up to create an entry in Journey when I publish a post on Tumblr. However, I can’t figure out how to include an image. I believe I need something in the Media URL field, but nothing I’ve tried there works. What, if anything, should I put there? And if there’s something different I should be doing, what is it?I have similar Instagram to Journey zap set up, and it was pretty straightforward, so I’m feeling really stumped.
Hello, My zap is simple. Client put them information (name, adress, birth date etc) to a google forms, this forms is connected to a google sheets and I would like to get a new contract when someone fill the forms, but inside the contract we need to change (Name, adress birth date etc) with some Placeholders like this {{name}}, {{address}} etc. But I can’t mapp them to the action ! its not appear, how can I do it ?
Apologies, I’m new to API requests so the below questions may have some obvious answers.My business creates a large number of documents for signature. Each document is unique to the client and is first generated using document automation (i.e. an online form and Google Docs).This variation in the documents means templates are inappropriate.Equally, the volume means use of the PandaDoc UI to drop in signature fields etc is inefficient.Is it possible to run an API request through Zapier to ‘Zap’ the document from Google Docs (or more accurately Google Drive) to PandaDoc and have that app send it for signature to the recipient? Does an API have this functionality? Perhaps this depends on the particulars of PandaDoc, but I thought I would ask in case the anyone here knows the answer. Is such a request complex and if so, would you recommend hiring a specialist? I have only a basic understanding of APIs (as this question suggests).Any help, much appreciated.
I am wondering if there is a way to use a PayPay email as a trigger to automate another email to be sent to the purchaser. (Email address is in the subject line.) Ideally an email would be automatically sent to the buyer with a PDF version of the report attached.
Hi,We’ve created a webhook to link FB lead forms with Copernica. Once we sent a local request, the connection is working, but within Zapier it doesn’t fire the action. I’ve heard we have to give Zapier permission to edit Copernica. How do I do this? Thanks in advance!
We are selling our SAAS through stripe, but the original domain is hosted through shopify, so our facebook pixel follows customer from Ad to domain, but then loses them when they click to begin their trial of the product which takes them to a checkout page on stripe.Our goal is that when a person becomes a “new subscriber” in stripe, which means they completed the checkout process and are given a 7 day free trial, this should report a “leads event” in facebook. And if or once that person is successfully billed and payment completed after the trial, that should trigger a “purchase event” in facebook. Also the number of leads and purchases is not accurate in facebook events.
Hi - I’ve taken over the development of an existing custom Zapier app we’ve built with the Zapier CLI. All I want to do now is connect our existing app to a new environment hosted on a new domain name (ideally keeping the existing app as is). So ending up with:Appv1 connecting to old-domain.example.com Appv2 connecting to new-domain.example.net The functionality of the app can remain the same for now. I just don’t see where the the current domain name (“old-domain.example.com”) is set? I don’t see it in the Zapier settings for the app and I don’t see it in the code for the app either? Any pointers or guidance appreciated. Thanks!
I’m trying to use the Google Analytics 4 API Request feature on Zapier as the “Run Report for a property” feature doesn’t seem to tell you when there’s no data available and still goes through with the Zap and I’m unsure of how to stop the Zap from running if there is no data available for a specific time range. What is the correct URL format for GET request to show anything? I’ve been using the official GA4 documentation and using “property/PROPERTY_ID” only works when using their test feature on the official documentation site. One thing that I find confusing is having to use “https://analyticsdata.googleapis.com/v1/properties/” when on the official documentation it says “https://analyticsadmin.googleapis.com/v1/properties” and if I use “analyticsadmin” instead of “analyticsdata” I get this error: Any advice on a possible fix to the working “Run Report for a property” and pausing Zap if it shows: Or an example of a working URL on Zapier API would be really helpful. I’m sending leads from Facebook Lead Ads directly to our Gymsales CRM. I have this set up for 5 other pages/accounts and it work perfectly.However, one of the the accounts/page does not work.I can see that the test trigger works and pushes leads into the CRM when testing. However, when new leads are generated they do not push into the Gymsales CRM.I have deleted, and set new Zaps up, reset the trigger etc all with no luck.
I am using the trial version and do not have a color Id choice in my set up. There is an ID choice but I don’t understand how that translate to color.
We’re using UCalc for a quote generator on our website. I created a Keap / UCalc zap to get those quote submissions into Keap as a new or updated contact. Testing the zap from within Zapier does get an entry into Keap, but it doesn’t seem to trigger when submitting the form on our website. I’ve double checked that the calculator ID is the same in Zapier and on the website. Already tried turning the Zap off and back on. No luck. Any ideas?
Hi all ! I have a pdf file stored in an Airtable field, but when I try to send it through an Outlook step in Zapier, it only “generates” a blank page with the title of the file written in it. Not the actual pdf.Any idea on how to get around that ? I m really stuck !Best,Quentin

Been pulling my hair out for a while on this one and I’m curious if anyone else has managed to figure this out… Here’s the setup:• I’ve got a database in Airtable that features a set of YouTube user IDs/handles and an associated subscriber count for each ID.• I can get current values for subscriber count via Social Blade’s API (webhook) What I’d like to achieve, but can’t:• Run a zap every X interval (day or so?) that updates the subscriber count value in Airtable for ALL records in the sheet.I’ve managed to set up a Zap that will achieve the above, but only for a singular record. The data pipeline seems to work just fine, I just can’t figure out how to get it to loop over some version of this sequence:1) Grab the youtube handles/IDs from each record in the sheet2) Run the IDs through Social Blade’s statistics API endpoint (via webhook)3) Get updated subscriber count values for each handle/ID4) Update all records in airtable with the fetched/more recent valuesIf anybody can he
Hello! I’m hoping someone may be able to help me with this. I’ve got a zap all setup where whenever Thing A is triggered, a new Lawmatics Matter is created. Inside Lawmatics, there are overarching ‘Stage’ and ‘Practice Area’ fields (not custom fields) that we use to further automate things through our pipeline. The problem seems to be that inside Zapier, there’s no way to set the ‘Stage’ or the ‘Practice Area’ fields. This seems like a glaring oversight if it’s not an option. Does anyone know of a way around this?

I am taking text from a Salesforce Task and sending it to Confluence as a new page. Working like a charm. However, in one of our notes, there is an "&" and it is causing this error.com.atlassian.confluence.api.service.exceptions.BadRequestException: Error parsing xhtml: Unexpected character ' ' (code 32) (missing name?)Yet I can take the same text and paste it directly into a confluence page without issue. I am sure special characters are going to occur occasionally in our teams Salesforce notes.Suggestions?
Hello! I am trying to create an integration to take the data out of a gmail email and send it to sierra interactive. I have a couple of questions that you friendly folks might be able to answer! I understand zapier but this is my first time setting one up. I am using the direct integration setup which is “Create lead in Sierra Interactive when new email in Gmail” Is this the best Zap to use? On the integration for Sierra Interactive it says “user password” we don’t have users logging in for what we need, is there a work around for this? I think this was mentioned in another post is that I may not have the email for this person. When manually creating a lead I will add in a dummy email for the time being, what do people recommend for this?I appreciate any help I can get on this and I am willing to do some work arounds etc.
I want to take a specific account name of contacts and transfer them to Textedly. Every time I transfer contacts It transfers all of them instead of the specific account group.I have three different account groups in salesforce for example realtors, lenders and, title. I only want my realtor contacts sent over to Textedly but whenever I send them it sends all of the contacts from every group I listed.
Hello! I have a list of onboarding dates in a Google Sheet and want to send out automated Slacks to send a reminder every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday before that is 3 weeks out to provide a buffer. However, I’m having trouble with the scheduling component as it would let me add the Schedule by Zapier app towards the end. I might need to redo the whole Zap but having trouble on how to architect this.An example of what I want is let’s say the date is August 21st. I want a reminder to go out that sends 3 weeks before, so on the week of July 31st on the Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It should be automated where it follows the same patter so if the next onboarding date is September 5th, the message get's sent out the week of August 14th. Happy to provide for context and appreciate anyone’s help in advance!
I’m trying to see what information is sent if I set my zap to send an email when it’s triggered. Does that email include all of the data that was submitted, or does it just tell you that the zap was triggered?
Hey there, I am getting the following error when I am trying to do my Zap Kajabi and Hello Audio: Failed to create a listener in Hello AudioRequired field "Email" (email) is missing. This is because in my action the email part of the fields email is not getting any data. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so how do I get this action to connect to my Kajabi emails? The “Contact Name” and “Field’s Full Name” is getting some data but not the emails.
