Hello, i want to add a checklist all cards as they are moved into a specific list. i am confused on the question “pick a card to add the checklist to?’ located in the customize checklist section. I dont know how to tell it to add to all cards that are moved into the specific list. I choose the custom option, but not sure which elements to choose. Please help? Thank you.
Hi! I linked my kanbanize with my discord in order to know when a card is moved. The thing is, I want to add some information on the text sent by zap but I dont know how because the information I want to add is a customfield. I’m trying to parse order emails I receive from places like walmart and then insert them into a new line in Airtable. I can’t figure out how to select the information I need
I had a Zap which created an Asana task. I used Markdown to format the task. I noticed today that the old ‘Create Task’ function was deprecated, so I switched to the new one. Markdown no longer works, and when I tried HTML, that doesn’t work either - it just goes in circles, telling me to add a body tag, and when I do it asks for a XML or HTML tag, and when I add that it wants a body tag again. Any ideas? I literally just pitched this as a solution for my boss, if it doesn’t work, this is going to be really embarrassing. I just saw that they’ve introduced a ‘formatter’ tool for paid plans - have they deprecated Markdown to motivate sales? We have a paid plan as well so I can use that if necessary, and copy my zaps across. This is just really irritating.
Please see attached pdf which I need set up. I have Mailshake, Linkfire & Clicksend integrated. Some events aren’t firing. Plus I need some events added in to complete the sequence.
We use Trengo, a customer service ticketing system, in combination with a newly setup Shopify store. Connecting them so far has worked seamlessly as expected, but we’re running into a challenge when it comes to sending customers an automated Whatsapp template created within Trengo when they place an order in our Shopify store.Testing this Zap works just fine when placing an order through the Shopify backend, but it turns out our company uses AWS Cognito as authentication platform which holds all of our customer’s contact details.Is there in any way a chance for us to create a Zap that makes it happen for the Whatsapp template to be send? And if yes, which zap integration would we need to get AWS Cognito to work?The Zap should probably be looking something like this: Shopify (new order: any status) > AWS Cagnito shares customer details with Shopify > Trengo gets triggered and send the Whatsapp template message to the customer.We have attached what we have so far, but if there’s a
Hi, I have 2 CRM apps that I want to be synchronized. E.g. if a ticket is raised on CRMa it is copied across/written to CRMb, using Zapier. Similarly if a ticket is raised on CRMb it is copied across/written to CRMa.I am concerned that the write to CRMb will trigger a write to CRMa, which in turn will trigger a write to CRMb, which in turn...add infinitum, until one system crashes with no memory. Does anyone know of this and Zapier's capability to avoid this scenario? Cheers
Hello, I’m trying to send data from webhook to firebase through zapier. I was able to send fields, but I’m not sure how to send with child object? Here is what I need to be in firebase But on Zap there is only input fields, so I’m not sure how to create an object with fields and “seller” object with email, name.

I am attempting to create zaps for acuity to send appointment times to zoom. I can only do one at a time however, and there are 8 different appointment types. Do i really have to manually go add another zap , instead of saying all appointment types will get the same function in zoom? Seems pretty task heavy.
I’ve set up a form to collect names etc. from companion guests. These are pulled via webhooks from the form and then created in MEWS. Works great so far.In the form fields there's an option for an additional mailadress for companion guests. Not a must.I would like to include the mail address (if provided!), but can’t figure out how to do this. When I add the placeholder for the mail address and the client leaves the field blank I get an error and the ZAP stops working.Could anybody point me in the right direction? There must be a way to make this optional.
I am completely new to webhooks, but I believe I understand what they are for.I have an e-commerce website and would like to get automated information from BTCPay Server.BTCPay Server will send a notice with data to Zapier Webhook, I guess for preprocessing?However, when the Zapier hook sends that to me, how am I to receive it so that I may add to a database or do other processing?I’ve learned a good bit of PHP and use it in APIs or for MySQL. I have looked high and low but only seem to find information on sending data. I see very little for how to receive it from a webhook or how to build a webhook listener or receiver.
I am about to ad frequently rows to a google spreadsheet. The rows are added at the bottom.I want to return the value for example column A and search for the recently added value at the bottom and return/Copy this to a different spreadsheet.How do i use the lookup method the right way?
So this is a question in regard to a previous post I had made about: Previous Post Here I am trying to get Twilio and Zapier to communicate with each other as I need Twilio to send Zapier the sender’s response if they say Yes or No. My biggest issue at this moment of time is that the webhook in Zapier is not able to pull any data to continue my steps needed to handle the data. I am not sure what is different then normal, I have followed the steps needed in the post above but it seems like something isn’t working right. My question is how do I get the webhook to work properly like I need it so that way I can continue my zap. I will post screenshots and answer questions if needed as I am not sure if this makes any sense.
Hi All, I have set up a zap where discovery calls via Calendly are entered onto a Google Sheet, except it’s not working. It has so far failed to populate any fields on the Google sheet, despite testing ok.When I get to the ‘test’ stage it does pull through Calendly info from my Outlook calendar, but I thought maybe it doesn’t pull through existing calendar entries, so I created a test meeting myself in Calendly & it still does not populate the sheet.Any ideas what is missing here? Thanks

I would like to import all the conversations from intercom that missed the SLA "exceeded the SLA", to google sheets.As I understand, the only way is to create a webhook for every new conversation, and then use this integration https://zapier.com/apps/time-tracker/integrations/webhookMy question is, how can i track if it's a hit in this case? I’m curious to find out the best way to generate email reminders to occur weekly - in line with days and times of courses being attended. The aim is to send an email reminder to attendees to complete an online COVID-19 Form.Sales are made in Ticket Tailor and email service is with Gmail. I have set up a delay to send the email 1 hr before as a one off event, but I assume I can use scheduler too. Are there any other methods people might consider using to create the workflow? Several people can attend a time specific course too.
Hi everyone, I’m using Hubspot’s API to Create (POST) a File. I’ve been able to do this successfully via Postman but I can’t get it to work with Zapier Webhooks. I always get the issue of folderId or folderPath - which I know is required - but I am passing in the data of the request, which leads me to believe that probably I need to change around some keys in my data request. I’ve also used Content-Type: multipart/form-data as a Header but I still have the same issue. Working in Postman: Has anyone ever been able to achieve this?
The Stripe trigger for Checkout Session Completed should, in my mind, only include `CheckoutSession` objects where the `status` is complete. Currently trying to update a Zap with this trigger, and all the test records have a `status` of open and a `payment_status` of unpaid. Maybe a bug? 🤔Setup is kinda impossible, since none of the test records have the right fields populated (as they’re all incomplete). TIA for any help you can offer, here!

I have a ranking board at the google sheet and It change every hour and I want it update at webflow live cms.but when I tried it, succeed till the last test, It always show me belowFailed to create an item in WebflowThe app returned "ValidationError: Provided ID is invalid". what shoud I do for this ? I’m building a zapier integration with my app that has an actionthe action simply needs to take whatever response from the trigger and do something on it (I just need to send the response of previous trigger to the endpoint so I can manage it)I built the action and it works but I don’t know how to append the response of the trigger to it? the input fields look like it’s something the user need to enter but I don’t want user interaction I just want to send the raw response of the previous trigger?
I have tried in many ways to be able to send the parameters via querystring using the Run JavaScript action, if I test it outside of Zapier it works fine for me, and even through Postman ... at the other end of this request, there is a page php that you get for get 2 parameters ... please, if someone has already gone through this, I ask for your guidance, thank you. Hi,We’ve just set up Bigin CRM and we want to capture the GCLID in form submissions in the CRM so when a lead turns into a sale, we can send offline conversion data back to Google.I know there are Zaps templates for the offline conversion bit: https://zapier.com/apps/bigin/integrations/google-adsBut I’m struggling with capturing the GCLID in Bigin in the first place.Can anyone help me?
